The Monthly Attendance Report contains both detail and summary reports, detailing attendance information for the reporting period. Each reporting period can be processed once the end date for the period has passed.
The detail report shows the number of days enrolled, not enrolled, absent, and present for each student.
The summary report, click on the thumbnail for a larger image, shows statistics for enrollment, student count, attendance days, and ADA for the attendance period.

The J18/19 report utilizes the attendance information extracted in the Monthly Attendance report, to generate your J18/19 report. P1, P2, and Final reports are available in both Detail and Summary format.
