The Data Quality Report is automatically run each night, after Cruncher updates itself with the latest information from your Student Information System. During the Data Quality process, each students demographic information is validated to ensure accuracy, and completeness.
A Partial Example
- Students English Proficiency is checked to ensure it is Present
Based on the English Proficiency
- Blank - Return an Error indicating English Proficiency is required
- 1 - Student Is English Only, verify students primary language is English.
- 2 - Student is IFEP - verify primary language is NOT English.
- 3 - Student is EL - verify EL Date Enrolled, verify EL Program.
- 4 - Student is RFEP - verify RFEP Date, check RFEP Proficient
ALL information required for the STAR, CELDT, Aprenda, CAHSEE, etc. is validated each night. Cruncher goes further, and checks additional data not required for Standardized Testing Pre-Id's.
