Customer Support Policy
Cruncher SupportSupport for the Cruncher Solution will be provided for the duration of the contract. Contracts are extended on an annual basis. Cruncher customers receive full, phone and e-mail assistance for the Cruncher web site and application to the DISTRICT's designated support contacts during standard office hours (8am-5pm) on Cruncher Inc. work days. Support HoursOur support hours are 8AM to 4PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. During Mid August through Mid June (traditional school year), we try to hold the turn around time (the time it takes us to get back to you) to about 4 business hours. From Mid June to Mid August (traditional summer vacation), we generally will get back to you within 8 business hours. |
